KORN HEAD TO EUROPE, LAND 3 CDs IN TOP 200
Korn has made its way to Europe for a string of dates, which started on Thursday, May 25, in Lisbon, Portugal as part of the Superrock Festival. The band will later re-launch their Family Values tour July 27 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. |
Korn now has three albums in the Billboard 200. Their recently released Live & Rare is at Number 99; their newest studio effort, See You On The Other Side, is at Number 66; and their Greatest Hits is at Number 153. Guitarist Munky and drummer David talk about their success. |
[Munky] “Yeah, almost every day I wake up and I still can’t believe I’m in one of the biggest rock bands in the world and feel grateful for it.” [David] “I had a little… On New Year’s Eve I took a trip, and I was laying with my girl, just laying on my bed tripping and staring at the ceiling thinking about life, and it just kind of was an overwhelming thought thinking about the reality of what we do and how this thing has played out in the last ten years.” |
Korn’s Family Values tour will span 30 dates and also features Deftones, Stone Sour, Dir En Grey and Flyleaf. |
