RON ARTEST WANTS TO RECORD ANOTHER QB COMPILATION

NBA star Ron Artest is hoping to be a uniting force in his old neighborhood, Queensbridge. The star is hoping the bring all of the rappers from Queensbridge together on a new compilation. Nas was able to accomplish the fete in 2000 when he released Queensbridge: The Album by QB’s Finest. The set was certified gold and featured the hit, “Oochie Wally.”

Artest explained,

“I think I’m probably one of the only ones right now that could probably put a album together. I’m probably talking a little bit, you know maybe out of my league. Probably a little bit too confident. You know but I think I could put an album together, QB Finest album, it will be crazy. You know just like Nas did it. “

In related news, Artest will release his new album, My World, in August. The album features guest appearances by Nature, Capone, and Mike Jones.
