CIARA SAYS PATIENCE IS THE KEY

R&B singer Ciara hosted the ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards on Monday night, June 26th, in Los Angeles. The singer, who has been busy working on her new solo album, had some words of wisdom for up-and-coming artists. She said,

Ciara is currently featured on the Field Mob’s new album. The singer, who broke up with rapper Bow Wow earlier this year, is also hoping to pursue acting.

“Patience is so important. And it may sound cheesy, it may sound crazy when you say, just don’t rush into things but really take your time. I’m mean I’m about to be 21 years-old this year and I must say that I kinda wish I was sixteen sometimes. So it’s the whole thing of saying take your time and enjoy life. Take it a step at a time and move on your own time. Don’t let anybody else make you feel pressure to do anything else but what you want to do.”
