In related news, Ray J was one of the stars of UPN’s One On One. The show was cancelled following the consolidation of UPN and the WB. The star broke down his future plans. He said, |
“I was real pimpin’ on that one. D Mack was a fun character for me man. I really wanted to go more with that. But I kind of expected it being that it was the sixth season and it was just going into syndication. So they reached their goal as far as the syndication was concerned and you know forever money. But I was only there for the last season but I had a good time. I’m looking for to doing like my own TV show in the future cause I’ve been rocking TV shows. I kinda got that format down. I really jwant to just elevate it now and do my own show in the future so we’re working on that. And I had a good time with One On One, man, great people. It was like a party everyday. We was like by the beach. Bikinis, a lot of extras, it was going down.” |
Ray J has also left his post as a veejay for BET. |
