The move is paying off so far as Fat Joe’s latest album, Me, Myself & I, has sold over 80,000 copie sin the two weeks its been in stores. Me, Myself, & I features guest appearances by Lil Wayne, The Game, and Murder Capitol. The album was produced by Grind Music, the Runners, DJ Khaled, Nu Jerzey Devil, Streetrunner, and Scott Storch. |
“Just I wanted to be independent creatively and business-wise you go from getting eighty cents a record to making seven dollars a record and owning your own masters. I just wanted to market and promote aggressively like I want to do. And I knew I could do it man. Me and my team, got together and we doing just fine.” |
The next single from the project is “Breathe & Stop” featuring The Game. The two men recently shot a video for the song in Jamaica. |
