After being nominated for several years in a row, Ludacris finally got his chance to shine on Sunday night. The rapper won two Grammy Awards, one for best rap song for “Money Maker” and one for best rap album for Release Therapy. The rapper shared how winning the awards would impact him in the future. |
Ludacris won a Grammy in 2004 for the best rap sung category for “Yeah” featuring Usher and Lil Jon. |
“Man this definitely impacts what I’m gonna do in the future. You know just being very conscious of everything that I say, everything that I do, how many people are listening to me. Like I said the inlfuence that I have you know over so many different people but hey I’m loving it. I’m definitely loving it.” |
The rapper will be releasing a new single, “Slap,” from Release Therapy in the coming weeks. |
