AGNES BRUCKNER BECOMES A WOLF IN BLOOD AND CHOCOLATE

Agnes Brucker was attracted to the film Blood And Chocolate because she gets to turn into a wolf.

Blood and Chocolate is the story of the ancient mythology of the loup garoux in Bucharest where shapeshifters can change effortlessly from human to wolf. Agnes Bruckner is the alpha female of this pack of werewolves who falls for human Hugh Dancy.

Agnes thought the coolest part of the job was practicing the moves where her character becomes a wolf.

“Well it was actually really cool the way they did it. They shot the wolves jumping through the air, leaping through the air and then us doing the same kind of thing and then in CGI how we morph and start out as a human and morph into this wolf when we land. It was a lot of fun. We got to practice a lot and go through wolf camp and have harnesses and kind of play around with it and get comfortable with it. It was definitely a lot of fun and definitely a lot different than stuff I’ve done before.”

What was also unique was Agnes and the rest of the cast received a very special gift when filming was over.

“As a wrapping gift we got these wolves that were kind of under our name that we adopted. I don’t even know what’s going on with it because there was no follow-up. But there is a wolf out there that I’ve adopted and I hope it’s doing well.”

Next Agnes will be seen in the psychological thriller The Last Resort directed by the producer of American Pie.
