R&B singer Chrisette Michele made a name for herself by appearing on Jay-Z’s “Lost Ones” and recording several choruses for Nas’ Hip Hop is Dead album. The singer recently released her Def Jam Records debut, I Am. The first single and video from the project is “If I Have My Way.” |
The twenty-four year old singer, who grew up on Long Island and has been compared to Sarah Vaughan and Billie Holiday, has been tapped to open for Musiq Soulchild during his North American tour. |
