YUNG BERG SET TO DROP EP AND DEBUT ALBUM

Newcomer Yung Berg is hoping to hit the industry with a one-two punch. The rapper will release an EP, Almost Famous: The Sexy Lady EP, on July 24th. The rapper will follow the EP with a full-length album, Look What You Made Me, in September.

Yung Berg’s latest single, “Sexy Lady,” is currently racing up the charts. The rapper shared that there’s a remix in the works. He said,

“Oh we got the remix with Rich Boy and Jim Jones. We dropping a video for that. I’m shooting that video on the 15th of July. So we doing that, dropping that right before my EP come out. And I got my second single with a mystery, a special young lady. That’s all I can say right now.”

Yung Berg has been paying dues for some time. The rapper was signed to DMX’s Bloodline label at the age of sixteen. Later the Chicago-native landed a gig as Shawnna’s hypeman. While touring with the rapper in 2005, he decided to launch his own label Yung Boss and he eventually landed a deal with Sony Urban.
