CHRISTOPHER WALKEN WIGS OUT IN BALLS OF FURY
Christopher Walken describes his flamboyant character in Balls of Fury. |
In Hairspray Christopher Walken left the dressing in drag up to John Travolta. In Balls of Fury he may look like a Geisha girl but he’s playing one of the FBI’s most notorious villains wanted for the murder of ping pong champion Dan Fogler’s father. |
Walken describes his flamboyant costumes and wigs. |
“Yeah well this one, this is my opening costume and I have four or five of them that are similar in different colors. They’re all kind of kimono costumes. I have different wigs but they’re all sort of like this. He’s kind of a show off I guess is what you’d have to be.” |
Feng has a mysterious jungle hideaway where he leads the ultimate ping pong challenges. |
“Well it’s a tournament of champions, the best in the world and he brings them all together and he brings them all the best food and wine and supplies them with all sorts of diversions and luxury. And in return they play ping pong to the death.” |
Feng’s fatal flaw is he has no back hand. But in real life Walken has a mean back hand. Walken is currently preparing for his next project Citizen Brando about a Tunisian boy who comes to America to meet his idol, Marlon Brando featuring archival footage from The Godfather star. |
