In a valuable but underappreciated event the Thursday before this year’s Grammys, Eagles songwriter JD Souther, Joy Williams of The Civil Wars, Gavin DeGraw, Johnny Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, Bonnie Raitt, Kris Kristofferson, and Adele songwriter Dan Wilson gathered in Los Angeles for A Song Is Born the 16th Annual Music Legacy concert in Los Angeles.
