MOTORHEAD KILMISTER THE REALITY SHOW?

Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister said no to a reality TV show about his life, but after seeing others like it, he said he’s not impressed.

Motorhead’s Lemmy Kilmister is set to release a new album with Motorhead, Motorizer, which hits stores August 26. Lemmy has expanded his entertainment offerings. Fans can buy a LocoApe Lemmy action figure, and a movie about the seminal heavy metal icon is currently in production.

Lemmy was also asked to do a reality TV show, but although he initially declined he may be considering it due to what the public at large actually finds entertaining.

“I just think it’s funny because like, they wanted to do a reality show one time, and I said, ‘I live on my own, man. You’re going to watch me for three quarters of an hour playing f–kin’ video games. That’s really riveting stuff.’ But then I’ve seen these reality shows. You watch people sleep for an hour. Wow, that’s entertainment! We didn’t have anything like that in my day, I’ll tell ya (laughs). You guys are f–kin’ stupid. You’re watching that on television?! (laughs)”

Motorhead will embark on the Masters Of Metal tour with Judas Priest, Heaven And Hell, and Testament starting August 6 in Camden, New Jersey.
