311 ANNOUNCES ANOTHER ROUND OF TOUR DATES

Cradle Of Filth is set to embark on a tour of the United States starting January 23, and the band discusses the stage show.

Cradle Of Filth is set to embark on their first extended North American tour in support of their new album, Thornography. The band is currently touring Europe and will wind down 2006 with shows in their native U.K.

Dani Filth, singer for the dark metal band, shared what fans can expect from their stage show this time around.

“As with most bands, particularly ours, you become a beast of two halves. You get the studio beast and you get the live beast. I think people really appreciate that with us. I think live, everything, because they’re Cradle songs, as long as they work well together at the beginning and the end, I think it doesn’t matter what you play from what period. A lot of the really early stuff sounds really fresh being played right bang next to something from Midian, and Damnation [And A Day], something a bit more modern.”

Cradle Of Filth’s tour dates run through February 9, winding down in Calgary, Alberta.
